5 Stages of Self Healing - Workshop or CDs/MP3 pack

The 5 Stages of Self Healing brings together Karen's experience of Regression and Healing techniques to enable you to look deep within at what is causing your issues in this lifetime. Karen identifies significant points in this life and Past Lives where issues may have started for you, and gently takes you back to those points with the combination of dynamic healing tools, enabling you to see, resolve and move forward in life.
The programme also looks at how we are conditioned throughout our lives. From the point of birth we are taught the rights and wrongs from family, friends, school and the whole of society. The result of this conditioning leads to suppression & emotional reactions which come from points of pain within this life & Past Lives.
Using Karen’s dynamic healing & regression tools, she takes you through a series of stages of Self Healing, to enable you to see the points of pain that have been created within your life and Past Lives and to begin the process of healing.
The 5 Stages of Self Healing comprise of:
1) Introduction to 5 Stages of Self Healing - Including the Information Pack:
An introduction to the 5 Stages Of Self Healing, how this can help and what to expect. If you are attending the Workshop - a relaxation track is sent to you before the Workshop - this helps to get you used to Karen’s voice, and to levels of relaxation needed in order to fully benefit from this programme. This is included as the first stage in the CD /MP3 set.
2) Regression back to First Point of Pain in this life
A gentle regression back in time to your first point of pain in this lifetime. This is an event between the ages of conception and 7 years old, where you will have experienced an event that you felt was non-love. So, this can be something subtle or something major and at this point in your life, fear set in. You will have lived each moment of your life trying to avoid this pain, and this will have manifested as an issue/ emotion you are dealing with in this lifetime.
3) Connecting with your Inner Child
Allow your Inner Child to speak and reach out to you, understand what your Inner Child needs now, which it couldn't have at that first point of pain. As the adult you are now able to understand, protect and heal your Inner Child.
4) Regression back to the Past Life where issue originated
The process continues as you now take a journey into one of your Past Lives where your issue originated from & using the healing tools, you can finally heal the events from that time.
5) Chakra clearing
Moving to the last stage where we have now healed this event in this lifetime, and the Past Life where your issue originated. Having healed this, we clear our energy bodies and chakras, so we are no longer affected by people, events or places from the past.

Past Life Memories – How they are accessed and can anyone do it?
Some of the most common questions my clients ask about being able to access Past Life Memories are “what if I do it wrong?" or “what if I can’t switch off my mind”. Most people want to know if they will be able to access these memories easily enough and remember them afterwards.
