Your Gift........
2 words that start a creation of words within the mind. "Your Gift" - I wonder what that means..and did you wonder? Did you THINK - is it a free gift for me, a gift for everyone that reads this blog?
The answer simply is yes. Although - perhaps not in the way it first seems!
So, if the answer is yes - what is the gift? The gift is something for you, within you. You can give yourself this by simply beginning to look within. Within at yourself, your issues, your thoughts & your feelings - what do they say about you? The greatest gift you can give to yourself and to humanity is to look within. Have the strength to do that, and when this process happens, you see that everything else is, but an illusion.
This weekend I had the privilege of running one of my Workshops - 1 Day Workshop on Past Lives in Derbyshire to a private group who had contacted me to come and do this work with them.
What was amazing about this group - was their ability to look at themselves. They all took the journey within to become aware and heal things from the past that were still affecting them to that day. They then were able to let go of things from that time and release and heal and bring them back to the moment, to then move forward in this lifetime.
Looking within can be a journey to the past, but you can also begin the process by observing yourself in the present moment.
Observe your thoughts, judgements, feelings. Are they part of the real you, or the "conditioned" you? We are all a result of our conditioning, but you can become free of this by the process of looking within. Then you can see the creation of what you have become - rather than who you truly are.
What you are is something bigger than the conditioned human self. So, give yourself Your Gift, look within and connect again and be your true self.
Whether you begin that process by a journey back in time with a regression, or by simply observing yourself in each moment. What a journey and gift that will be.
