The Effects of Energy

A recent event has promoted me to post this blog.

Are we all totally aware of our own energy, and our own thoughts? Do we really know the power of this, and what it can do to someone?

Sometimes "energy workers" who claim to know all about energy, how it works, how to release and renew it, are still in their own illusion. Yes, they may be aware of what energy is, how it flows, how they can channel it. But how many people take responsibility for their own energy and thought process? Can you really say that you do this? Are you in Illusion, or can you stand in your power and light and fully take responsibility for your actions, however subtle they might be?

Thoughts are extremely powerful. They can add to the violence of the world, or to the peace. Energy follows thought, which means whatever or whomever you are thinking of, your energy goes there. If it is negative, distorted or in the illusion of the ego, then you are doing powerful damage to the world. Not just to individual's but to the world.

You are simply adding chaos into this chaotic world we live in.

For 2010, is it time you stopped polluting the world? Yes it is.

Become aware of your thoughts, become aware of your emotions. Know that any thoughts, gossip, or speaking about someone sends energy to them. That distorted energy is enough to affect someone in a very nagative and dramatic way. It takes away their light. It damages them.

Think about what you are thinking or feeling about someone. Would you like that energy to be directed at you? If the answer is no, then stop it. Do not pollute that person or yourself any further.

Can you honestly say that your thoughts or words are from the heart? Are they from love? Because without this, your ego is at work. Some other force other than your soul is directing you.

Dont allow this to continue. This is not what we are on earth for. We are here to learn our individual soul lessons, but also to spiritualise nature. This is certainly not happening if you are acting from the ego.

Set yourself free.

Only then are you helping the world and following your soul purpose.
